The river bedroom is on the second floor at the back of the house.

With two windows overlooking the river, it can be an absolute joy to go to bed at night with the windows thrown wide open looking across to the chateau on a warm starry night, and to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the river.

In the mornings the light floods in, but if you prefer a long lie-in, close the shutters at night and your room will stay peacefully dark until you’re ready to wake.

You’ll find the bedroom well furnished with triple wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a comfortable double bed and also a single bed should it be required. It is also possible to request a cot/crib for an infant or a folding bed for a second child. Fresh bedlinen, pillows, cushions and soft furnishings in soft shades of beige and reds finish the room.

As with the other bedroom, you have your own private ensuite shower room. It comes fully equipped with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, heated towel rail and large over-lit mirror.

The current room rate is €70 for up to two adults with or without children up to the age of 12, or €90 for three adults. There is a discount of 10% on stays of 4 nights or more. The price includes breakfast. You can book online.
